INTENDED USE

SOFT GOGGLES soft protective eyewear for a patient is intended to be used by patients during dental procedures to prevent injuries to the eye and the eye area associated with exposure to mechanical factors, droplets, or splashes generated during dental procedures.

PRECAUTIONS

Before use, inspect the product to ensure it is in good condition. Do not use the product if it is damaged, deformed, or contaminated. Single-use device. Do not reuse after the procedure has been completed.

Any serious incident involving the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the State in which the user or patient is domiciled.

DISPOSAL

After use, the device may be potentially contaminated with biological material or other contaminants generated during the dental procedure. The used device should be disposed of in accordance with the procedures for handling medical waste or potentially infectious waste adopted by the facility, and in accordance with local regulations.
