INTENDED USE
This teeth whitening gel, containing 16% urea peroxide, is intended for tray-based teeth whitening in a dental
clinic. The product can be handed over to the patient for continued use at home in accordance with the dentist’s
instructions. The product is used to reduce tooth discolouration, both external and internal, including age-related
discolouration. The product is intended for use in adult patients with natural teeth.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in the following cases:
– Allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
– Gum disease or oral cavity inflammation
– Untreated caries or damaged enamel
– Pregnancy and breastfeeding (without consulting a doctor)
– For people under the age of 18

PRECAUTIONS
For use under the supervision of a dentist.

This product is intended for sale to dentists only. In each treatment cycle, the first application must be carried out
by a dentist or under their direct supervision, provided that an equivalent level of safety is ensured. The product
can then be handed over to the consumer to complete the course of treatment.
Avoid contact with the eyes. In the event of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Avoid contact with the gums and soft tissues. After applying the cap containing the product, remove any excess
gel from the gums.
Do not ingest.
Discontinue use if pain, irritation or sensitivity occurs.
This product whitens only the natural tooth tissue. It does not alter the colour of composite fillings, crowns,
veneers or other prosthetic restorations.

Store at 2-25°C.
Protect from light.
Do not freeze.
Keep out of the reach of children.
