INTENDED USE
The TopFlex Dental Irrigation Tips are flexible cannulas with radial opening for liquid ejection along the canal. They are used connected with Luer lock syringes to remove debris from root canal system during the root canal treatment.
PRECAUTIONS
Check the length of the canal to be irrigated and use the 18-, 19-, 20- and 22- mm length markings to ensure proper positioning of the tip.
WARNINGS
- Only skilled dentists are allowed to use.
- Do not use this product except for the dental service and treatment. Use it in accordance with the intended use.
- This product must be disinfected before use.
- Do not use ultrasonic equipment cleaning automated.
STORAGE
- Avoid storing at high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Keep liquids away. Store it at room temperature.
- Do not damage or make a pinhole to packaging materials.
- To prevent contamination, store processed device in covered storage and in a drawer or cabinet until use.
- Do not keep under germicidal lamp to avoid deterioration.
- The shelf life of Dental Irrigation Tips is 5 years.
TRANSPORTATION
- Packaged products can be transported using standard transportation methods or as specified in the contract. It is strictly prohibited to mix with harmful, inflammable and explosive material. Avoid heavy pressure, exposure to sunlight and direct contact with rain and snow during transportation.
- When the package was broken, then it may be damaged or polluted and must be discard and do not use.
DISPOSAL
For proper disposal, always follow national laws and recommendations of the authorities.
PACKAGING
The package contains 20 pieces.

Preparation
- Open the packaging.
- Take out the tip and immerse in ethyl alcohol.
- Prefill the syringe with one of the compatible irrigation solutions. Make sure the irrgation solution has been properly stored, avoid the formation of any crystal which may block the small hole at the top of the tip.
- Insert the connector part of the tip into the previously filled Luer-Lock syringe and lock the tip by rotating it clockwise.
- Ensure the tip is firmly locked on the syringe and expel any residual air from the syringe.
- Identify the 4 depth marks on the tip (18 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm and 22 mm). Can use a stoper to define the working length.
- Try and check the pressure needed to create two equal jets exiting the tip with proper speed.
Irrigation
- Start irrigating in the pulp chamber and gently insert the tip into the canal orifice. You can pre-bend the tip to facilitate access into posterior teeth.
- Use a scouting file to create a smooth canal pathway.
- Determine the working length and re-irrigate with 1 or 2 ml.
- As a rule, after each trimming for the root canal in the sequence, irrigate with 1 or 2 ml of solution. Make sure that irrigation solution have gap to flowback. Check the canal have been irrgated clean.
- At the final rinse, recommended to flush the canal with EDTA followed by sodium hypochlorite.
- After use, disconnect the tip and dispose according to local regulations.
