COMPOSITION:
methacrylate resins (bis-GMA, UDMA, TGDMA), inorganic filler 62%, pigments, photoinitiator, inhibitor.
Particle size of inorganic filler molecules varies between 10 nm and 2.0 μm.
INTENDED USE
Type 1 light-curable composite (class 2, group 1), meeting the requirements of the ISO 4049 standard. The RAINBOW FLOW composite (colours: orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, red, dentine, white) is intended to:
– fill the cavities in deciduous and permanent teeth, in class I, II, III, IV and V class cavities according to Black classification
– sealing fissures.
RAINBOW FLOW (orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, red) is also designed for marking root canal orifices.
RAINBOW FLOW (dentine, white) is also intended for the restoration of anterior and lateral teeth in their natural colour.
In X-ray images it gives contrast equivalent to 9 mm of aluminium (1 mm of aluminium is equivalent to dentine, and 2 mm of aluminium is equivalent to tooth enamel).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contact of the non-polymerized material with skin, soft tissues in the oral cavity and eyes. Skin irritant. Causes severe eye damage. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and contact a doctor immediately.
If swallowed, drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor immediately. It can cause allergic skin reaction.
Use a cofferdam, disposable gloves, safety goggles/visors and protective clothing when handling the product.
When using composite materials, it is not advisable to employ preparations containing eugenol and thymol, as these may disturb the composite polymerization process.
Ensure proper irradiation with a curing lamp, particularly in hardly accessible Ensure proper irradiation with a curing lamp, particularly in hardly accessible locations. Composite polymerization may start at ambient temperature.
The use of temporary materials may involve bacterial microleakage. RAINBOW FLOW in its unpolymerised form has cytotoxic potential. Endodontic treatment may involve temporary postoperative pain. Keep out of the reach of children.
Any serious incident involving the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the State in which the user or patient is domiciled.
STORAGE
Store in a tightly closed original container below 25°C.
Protect from direct sunlight. Reseal after use.
The expiry date is on the direct packaging.
Opening the originally sealed container does not change the expiry date if the product is resealed after each use.
DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING
Waste containers should be disposed of or returned to the manufacturer.
