SYNTEX

COMPOSITION:
epoxy-amino resin containing zirconium oxide and calcium phosphate, excipients.

INTENDED USE
The product is intended for dental treatment as a material for filling and sealing root canals.
The material is used for the permanent root canal filling of permanent teeth with spot gutta-percha. The material can be used in both root canal sealing methods: standard cold lateral condensation and thermal methods.
It is perfect for thermic methods. In X-ray imaging. The product meets the requirements of EN ISO 6876 Root canal sealing materials.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use SYNTEX in patients with hypersensitivity to the product components.

PRECAUTIONS
The use of root canal filling and sealing materials can be associated with bacterial microleakage. The SYNTEX product has cytotoxic potential. Endodontic treatment may involve temporary postoperative pain. Use a cofferdam, disposable gloves, safety goggles/visors and protective clothing when handling the product. Keep out of the reach of children.
Contact with product causes severe eye damage, may cause an allergic skin reaction.
In case of eye contact: rinse thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes.
Seek medical advice. In case of contact with the skin or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of water. In case of irritation, seek medical advice. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Rinse the mouth with water. Seek medical advice.
Avoid pushing the product through the root apex as it can cause irritation of the periapical tissues. Work under X-ray and endometer guidance.
Any serious incident involving the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the State in which the user or patient is domiciled.

STORAGE
Store in a sealed package in a ventilated room at 2-25°C Protect from sunlight. The expiry is placed on the product label. Once the container is open, the expiry date doesn’t change if the container is securely closed after each use.
When closing the syringe, avoid mixing the pastes from the syringe with the pastes remaining on the closing cap (white with yellow). This can result in material polymerization and opening of the syringe will be impossible.

HANDLING THE PRODUCT CONTAINER
Empty containers should be disposed of responsibly or returned to the manufacturer.

PACKAGING
Syringe containing 10 g of the preparation, mixing tips, mixing papers.
